To fulfill its mission of raising the Global Quotient (GQ), the Trump Study Circle (TSC) adopts a case study–based civic learning method centered on the United States—the world’s most influential power—and its sitting president. At its core lies a structured exploration of how personality, politics, and policy converge in American leadership, and how that convergence shapes the global landscape in the 21st century.
From 2025 to 2029, TSC dialogues focus on the presidency of Donald J. Trump, the 47th President of the United States. His term in office offers a compelling real-time case study to examine critical global themes such as high-volatility leadership, political identity transformation, and cultural shifts amid systemic realignment. With the U.S. approaching its 250th anniversary—and global structures undergoing deep reordering in the New-Muco Era—this inquiry is urgent, relevant, and timely.
TSC dialogues are hosted across cities, campuses, and rural communities—either in-person or virtually via Zoom. These civic conversations equip participants with insight, perspective, and strategic awareness. They explore both the enduring traditions of the American presidency and the distinctive leadership style of each incumbent, with close attention to domestic governance and international implications.
Functioning as a living civic laboratory, TSC fosters open, non-partisan dialogue at the intersection of leadership, culture, and global affairs. Drawing from an interdisciplinary foundation—including political science, economics, history, sociology, and cultural studies—TSC bridges rigorous analysis with grassroots reflection.
While diplomacy is often the realm of elites, the consequences of U.S. leadership are felt across every corner of society. TSC empowers participants—from classrooms to boardrooms—to grapple with the real-world consequences of American decisions. It serves as a civic learning platform for those seeking to decode the logic of global power and navigate the disruptions of the New-Muco Era.
To ensure depth and structure in its dialogues, the Trump Study Circle employs a method built around three integrated tracks and five thematic lenses. Together, they shape the content, structure, and tone of every TSC session around the world.
The Sitting U.S. President – Domestic Leadership and Governance
Focuses on how presidential personality, decision-making, and policy shape American institutions, civic culture, and national identity. From 2025 to 2029, the spotlight is on Donald J. Trump, the 47th President of the United States.
America’s Role in the World – Foreign Policy and Global Positioning
Examines U.S. influence in global affairs, including strategic alliances, diplomatic posture, regional engagement, and its leadership in international norms and institutions. Participants explore how American choices shape global stability and power balances.
Trump as a Strategic Case Study – Disruption, Power, and Populism
Treats Trump’s presidency as a live case study in political leadership. The focus is not on ideology, but on method—how Trump employs disruption, media strategy, and transactional politics as tools of power. This track draws from strategy, sociology, political science, and communication studies.
Across all three tracks, TSC applies five guiding lenses to enable richer, more textured dialogue:
How Trump reflects and reshapes American identity, civic discourse, and the rise of nationalism and anti-elitism.
Executive behavior under uncertainty—examining instinctive governance, crisis response, and political improvisation.
The construction and use of political power through loyalty, norm disruption, negotiation, and institutional pushback.
Trump’s command of both legacy and digital media to dominate narrative space and control public attention.
The logic and impact of “America First” policies in redefining the U.S. role in global diplomacy and international institutions.
The TSC Method is a structured, rigorous, and globally adaptive approach to understanding American leadership in an era of volatility and transition. It enables thoughtful, non-partisan dialogue that goes beyond headlines—equipping participants with the civic and strategic insight needed to interpret, anticipate, and respond to 21st-century power and politics.
The Trump Study Circle is an independent, non-partisan initiative. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Donald J. Trump or any of his entities. The use of the name is solely for civic and academic purposes.
