Conceived in the early 2020s as an experimental, decentralized platform for dialogue on leadership, culture, and power, the Trump Study Circle (TSC) has since evolved into a globally distributed, non-partisan civic forum. Its flagship initiative for 2025—the Annual TSC Global Dialogues—will take place from June 14 to July 4, convening diverse civic voices from around the world for 21 days of structured reflection and inquiry.
Robinder Sachdev is the Founder Chairman of the Trump Study Circle. He is a globally recognized authority on optopolitics, public diplomacy, and American political culture. In 2024, he was awarded the prestigious King Sejong the Great Hangeul Grand Prize, for his outstanding contributions to international relations and global peace.
Mr. Sachdev is also President of The Imagindia Institute, an independent think tank focused on international affairs. A prominent media voice, his insights have featured in over 10,000 global broadcasts and publications over the past 25 years—including CNN, CNBC, BBC, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.
He has served as adjunct faculty at American University, Washington, D.C., and has advised and reported directly to a Prime Minister. His work has been featured in case studies and Ph.D. research at leading universities. In 2021, a landmark study published in the Journal of the American Political Science Association by post-doctoral scholars at Georgetown University profiled him as one of the most influential figures shaping U.S. foreign policy from the 1930s to the 2020s.
Mr. Sachdev is the author of Trumpotopia: A Guidebook to Decode Donald Trump, and the Culture and Politics of America—With Tips for World Leaders to Tackle Trumpotopia. He holds an M.A. in International Relations and an M.B.A. in International Business from American University, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He also holds an honorary first-degree black belt (1st Dan) in Yongmoodo, a Korean mixed martial art.
