The Trump Study Circle (TSC)

A Civic Forum to Study America and the 47th U.S. President
Local Dialogues. Global Understanding.

Understanding America. Understanding Power.

In the complex landscape of the early 21st century, one reality remains constant: the United States continues to be the world’s most influential power—assertive in voice, decisive in action, and deeply embedded in the global order, even as it grapples with internal and external challenges.

At the core of this influence is the leadership of the sitting U.S. president. From 2025 to 2029, that leader is Donald J. Trump—the 47th President of the United States. His second term is poised to leave a profound impact on geopolitics, economic systems, and the global cultural narrative.

What is the Trump Study Circle (TSC)?

The Trump Study Circle (TSC) is a globally distributed, intellectually grounded civic platform for the study of American leadership, political culture, and the evolving role of the United States in global affairs.

Conceptualized as a new-age forum for American presidential studies, TSC focuses on the personality, policy, and global impact of the sitting U.S. president. During 2025–2029, the TSC explores the Trump presidency as a living case study. In 2029, the focus will shift to the 48th U.S. president, ensuring TSC remains a dynamic hub for civic reflection and strategic learning.

Our Mission: Raising the Global Quotient (GQ)

TSC’s core mission is to raise what we call the Global Quotient (GQ)—the civic and strategic literacy of individuals and institutions around the world. GQ reflects the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to power shifts in an interconnected, rapidly evolving world.

Through structured, interdisciplinary, and non-partisan dialogue, TSC nurtures insight, foresight, and contextual awareness among citizens, scholars, professionals, and decision-makers across cultures and continents.

Why the Global Quotient Matters

1

The New-Muco Era: The early 21st century—shaped by the aftermath of COVID-19, the rise of China, and geopolitical flashpoints such as the Russia–Ukraine war—is entering what global strategist Robinder Sachdev calls the New-Muco Era: an era that by a “New World Matrix – Under Construction.” This era signals a systemic reboot of the global order, where alliances, ideologies, technologies, and ecological priorities are being dismantled, redesigned, and reconstructed.

2

America Matters: Amid this global flux in the New-Muco Era, one truth remains constant: the United States continues to be the world’s most influential power. Its leadership decisions shape global governance, economic flows, media narratives, and diplomatic alignments. Whether admired, opposed, or critically analyzed, American leadership casts a long and consequential shadow. Whether revered or resisted, the influence of American leadership remains inescapable. In this context, the question “Why study America and its presidents?” is not rhetorical—it is essential.

3

The Vital Role of GQ: The Trump Study Circle advances the Global Quotient (GQ) as a vital civic responsibility and strategic lens—an essential tool for navigating the New-Muco Era and meaningfully engaging with American leadership in global affairs. In a world increasingly shaped by uncertainty, polarization, and shifting power centers, a high GQ equips individuals and institutions with the insight needed to interpret, anticipate, and respond to the far-reaching consequences of U.S. policies and presidential leadership.

What TSC Does

The TSC convenes civic dialogues—locally and virtually—through hosts and chapters across cities, campuses, and communities worldwide. Participants include students, scholars, business leaders, media voices, think tanks, and civic organizations. All dialogues are aimed to:

Deepen understanding of U.S. political culture and presidential leadership

Encourage interdisciplinary, non-partisan reflection on American power

Raise the Global Quotient (GQ) among hosts, participants, and audiences

The TSC Global Dialogue

TSC’s flagship initiative unfolds each year from June 14 (U.S. Flag Day) to July 4 (U.S. Independence Day). Over these 21 days, TSC hosts and chapters around the world convene civic dialogues—both online and in person—exploring U.S. leadership, America’s global footprint, and the evolving dynamics of world affairs during the 47th presidency (2025–2029), under Donald J. Trump.

Year-Round Civic Engagement

Beyond the Global Dialogues, TSC hosts and chapters organize events throughout the year—including local forums, thematic discussions, and pop-up sessions. These ongoing dialogues provide spaces for civic inquiry and international reflection. Through them, individuals and institutions can better interpret the shifting impact of U.S. leadership and respond with clarity, insight, and strategic awareness.
